klirkom is a local communications agency working for both public and private sector organizations. We are currently engaged in supporting our client in a very exciting 3 year PerpuSeru program which will see the development of 40 under-utilized and under-resourced local libraries across Indonesia transformed into productive and active learning centers. To support the PerpuSeru program we are seeking to immediately fill the position of IT Coordinator. The deadline for applications is December 26, 2011.
EXPECTATIONS:
· Full-time commitment to 3 year program.
· Based in Jakarta with regular travel to regions throughout Indonesia.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· Indonesian National.
· Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering or a related discipline.
· Minimum 3 years related experiences.
· Can make or maintain system planning and design of software or hardware.
· Have strong knowledge about IT.
· Capacity to perform effectively under pressure, excellent teamwork and communication skills, cross-cultural and gender sensitivity.
· Advanced computer skills (Ms Office dan internet) and others software and hardware system.
LANGUAGES:
In addition to Bahasa Indonesia candidates are expected to speak the English language with sufficient structural accuracy and with almost complete comprehension in order to maintain regular and effective communications with an English speaking donor.
SKILLS:
· To be able to demonstrate in depth experience working with current development technologies including: PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS Oracle, MS SQL, Server, MySQL or other frameworks.
· Knowledge and experience in the use of Red Hat Linux Enterprise v 5 and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
· Has ability to conduct maintenance (anti-virus protection, warranty renewal) and trouble shooting (PCs and LAN).
· Has excellent report writing skills.
· Support development and implementation of the Perpuseru program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsibility to make a planning, design, identification, analysis and developing IT system to develop Learning Center program.
· Monitor IT infrastructure support (hardware and equipment), including preventive maintenance (anti-virus protection, warranty renewal) and trouble shooting (PCs and LAN).
· Monitor IT system support, including software installation, maintenance (license renewal) and trouble shooting.
